This month’s theme is “Meraki”.
Meraki is a greek word which means “to do something with soul, creativity or love; when you leave a piece of yourself in your work”.
This word strongly resonates with me : the idea of leaving a piece of myself in my work is one that has always been at the heart of my practice of photography.
Follow the blog circle and discover how my friends have illustrated their own take on Meraki, starting with the talented Vicki !
I am excited to start a new blog circle this year with some of my photographer friends !
Our blog circle is called “Ineffable Wanderlust ” and we will work on a new specific theme each month.
January’s theme is “Luminescence”, a word that describes the light produced by chemical, electrical or physiological means.
I have chosen to illustrate this theme with reflections of electric lights on the parisian sidewalk, taken on a rainy day.
